In the Costa de Madrid on two levels with land of 1040 m2 with magnificent views of the mountains and the Pantano de San Juan  
 Located in the Sierra de Madrid at 8km from the center of San Martin de Valdeiglesias where you will find all the amenities (shops, restaurants ... etc.) In a very quiet area, surrounded by nature, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two with double beds and private bathroom and two others with separate beds and shared bathroom, kitchen open to the room to eat many terraces living room with open fire, garage, parking, and private pool open from May 15 to September 15 About the neighborhood The house is in a protected natural setting of the Community of Madrid, near the Pantano de San Juan and 70 km from Madrid We are also relatively close to three wonderful cities that are part of the historical heritage: Avila, 50km, Toledo 75km and Segovia 110km. You can do many activities in the area, from the house you can go hiking, mountain biking climbing. and also canoeing, surfing and other water activities. San Martin and its Surroundings Many places to visit like the castle in the village, El bosque encantado, El Escorial, Castañar El Tiemblo El Valle de Iruelas, the Safari of Madrid, the visitors center of NASA, the reservoir of Burguillo, riding, hiking and many other options. Do not miss this unforgettable adventure !!!
