We loved our stay at the Broken Road Farm!! We would book here again without a doubt. The farm was my personal favorite part. The animals are so friendly and there are so many of them! The place itself was very very clean, cozy and was plenty big for me, my husband and my two in laws. We also brought our two dachshunds with us! It felt very safe and it was super quiet and peaceful. The only thing I would ask about in advance, if you are looking forward to fishing, check with the host first. The pond was a huge deciding factor of us booking because my husband loves to fish and we haven’t gotten away from home in awhile, but the water was way too low this time of year for him to fish. The host was very friendly and showed us the animals. The place was well equipped and comfortable and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place near San Marcos in a farm environment.
