Close to town. We could walk all over. No spices except salt. The Direct TV didn't work very well at times. It kept spinning, especially on the weekend. Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Russell C., Palm Springs, California 8 oct. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Good location....walkable to all local restaurants and the beach....pato needs new furniture Easy to grab a bite to eat or walk on the beach....many great eateries to choose from. Patio area needs new outdoor chairs and a table......those old white plastic chairs are very very outdated and there were only 3.... ##### Russell C. I have a new freshman at Cal Poly that was missing his dog and his mom's cooking so my main objective was to fund a pet friendly property. The house has a very cute yard and it's a really great location, we could get down to the beach quickly. the house is definitely not updated and the stove gave me some trouble, since I was there to cook some meals for my son I knocked a point off. But you're super close to plenty of restaurants which I think is important for most people. ##### Rayleen L.
