It is conveniently located with a large driveway that parks 4 cars. The backyard has multiple areas for entertaining, a groomed BOCCE court, corn hole, a propane BBQ grill, jacuzzi tub, and tranquil fountain which can easily entertain up to 40 people. It's a short drive to Cal Poly and downtown San Luis Obispo. Public transportation and ample shopping is available close by. The interior features a separate dining room, and living room with a CASINO gaming table and a cozy fire place. Cook in a generous kitchen with island seating and professional grade appliances. There is high speed wi-fi available. All bedrooms have usb chargers. There are two large smart TV’s with AppleTV+, Prime, Netflix, CBS All Access, and Local HD channels.
