Roof top hot tub was very nice. The bed rooms were very comfy, however the pull out beds were just ok-all was very clean though. Parking was a little tight just as describe. They are also doing construction across The way which makes for a noisy time-no fault of the property just more an FYI. So close to downtown Avila and great beach chairs and toys. Great location, nicely furnished and thoughtfully decorated with very comfortable beds and quality linens and fully stocked kitchen. Loved the open floor plan upstairs and the rooftop was amazing!
