When I pointed out that it was their responsibility to maintain the facility, the owner gave me an extremely bad attitude. We booked this facility specifically for the hot tub they listed on the website. Turned out the hot tub was not even working. Instead of apologizing, the owner, again, gave me an extremely bad attitude and told us to check out and look for another hotel, at 9pm!!! The towels and sheets were not properly washed and had lots of stains. The room had very poor insulation. It was noisy all night from upstairs. Terrible place and terrible stuff! Definitely to be avoided.
