This wonderful property offers a brilliant stay for guests. With 2 cozy bedrooms, including a king bed and a queen bed, you'll feel right at home. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a comfy queen bed. Stay connected with WiFi throughout the house. Experience what San Luis Obispo has to offer with a stay at our lovely house. 10 minute walk to Downtown SLO! SAN LUIS OBISPO: “THE HAPPIEST PLACE IN AMERICA” Our stylishly decorated home in the heart of San Luis Obispo is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown SLO, Cal Poly, and is a short drive to our beautiful beach cities! San Luis Obispo is centrally located between Los Angeles & San Francisco, and is surrounded by a wide variety of activities and experiences. This is our family home, where we have raised our kids, and continue to live at half of the year. We are happy to share our space with travellers to the Central Coast, and can't wait to welcome you! Our house has more than everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. This rental has two bedrooms: one room with a king-sized purple mattress, and one room with a memory foam-topped queen bed. Additionally, there is a queen-size pull out couch in the living room area, and we are happy to provide you with a memory foam topper upon request. For our guests with a baby, we are happy to provide you with a pack 'n play! Our cottage is kid-friendly, and there is a safe, private gated backyard. There is a newly renovated full bathroom with a deep soaking tub & shower, a renovated kitchen with all the dishes and cooking utensils you could need, a stove + oven, toaster oven, microwave, and a large capacity coffee pot for brewing coffee. When not taking in the beautiful surrounding scenery, feel free to BBQ in the backyard, play one of our many games, or catch up on your favorite TV shows and movies on our smart TV! We are conveniently located near grocery stores, delicious restaurants, parks, and beautiful hikes. It's a short 10 minute walk to Downtown SLO, a 20 minute drive to beautiful Avila Beach, Morro Bay, or Edna Valley, and a 45 minute drive to Hearst Castle in Cambria. There are plenty of beautiful day hikes in the surrounding area, and we are very close to wine country. The vacation rental is perfect for a weekend getaway with family, friends, a "girls weekend" or when you just need a quick escape from the city. All towels, linens, and beach towels are provided for your use, as well as bathing essentials. Our professional cleaning staff goes the extra mile to carefully clean our home between each group of guests. You can rest assured that you will be comfortable and cozy in our home. Oh, and the heated floors in the bathroom was amazing! Even if it was 78 degrees outside, I loved it! The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.
