We had issues with the pans which were scratched and rusted. We reached out to the host and within an hour we had brand new pans. This quick response and quick resolution to our issue was really appreciated. - the location was really good. We were within 10 minutes of the beach and walking distance to so many local shops. Even when we had to drive, nothing was very far. - The kitchen and living room were nice and comfortable. - the balcony was a nice touch, but some of the furniture was broken. Also, the barbecue is kind of gross.- The garage was really helpful, we had two cars which we were able to park comfortably.- The house came with beach chairs and beach toys. This was a nice touch but some of the chairs were pretty rusty.Cons:We made a reservation for six people but there were only five dining chairs. This meant that we could not sit together at the same time which was kind of awkward. - The top bedroom facing the highway was pretty noisy. We could hear cars late into the night. As a light sleeper this was problematic. That room also had a bright green light on the fire detector which illuminated the whole room. Again, not great for a light sleeper. - The beds were okay and some of the bedding was tired, old, and lumpy.- Both bathrooms had a bottle of nondescript blue liquid in the shower. Some issues, tho: - life-threatening danger of ZERO WORKING SMOKE ALARMS.
