The property boasts a yard, Internet Wi-Fi, parking facilities, and an installment plan for your holiday rental convenience. Its advantageous location is 500 m from the center of San Lorenzo Al Mare, Italy, while being situated on the outskirts, and 3.5 km from the center of Imperia (Porto Maurizio).

The resort features a well-maintained terraced garden spanning an impressive 1,600 m2 (fenced), where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. A terrace with garden furniture provides additional outdoor space for your enjoyment. The property's location on a slope in the residential district offers scenic views, while being conveniently situated 200 m from the sea and 500 m from the beach.

The complex offers convenient amenities such as a reception area, table tennis facilities, and a shared washing machine for your convenience. Shops, groceries, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and cafes are within a 500 m radius, ensuring easy access to essentials. Bicycle rentals are available just 300 m away, and there is a marina within 200 m, making it ideal for water activities. You will be staying in the "Mandorlo (SLR401)", a 3-room bungalow with a total area of 36 square meters. The bungalow features a bright and modern interior design. It has one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm), and another bedroom with two single beds (80 cm each). The kitchen-living room area is equipped with a gas stove (4 rings), a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table in this area, as well as a double sofa bed (140 cm) and a satellite TV. The bungalow has an exit leading to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The bungalow is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It has a shower and toilet, as well as heating and air conditioning systems. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and deck chairs (2 pieces). The bungalow offers a side view of the sea. Additional facilities include a children's high chair and a baby cot. Free WiFi internet access is available, and a reserved parking space for one car is provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed.

The bed layout in the bungalow is flexible, offering more sleeping options than the maximum allowed capacity, which should not be exceeded.
