You will be staying in a 3-room terraced house that spans across two levels with a total area of 90 square meters. The property features a bright and modern interior with tasteful furnishings. On the ground level, you'll find a living/sleeping room equipped with a sofa bed (120 cm) and satellite TV, leading out to a terrace. Additionally, there is a kitchenette complete with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove (4 gas rings), toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Lavazza a modo mio coffee capsules, along with a small bar area. A separate WC is also available on this level. Heading upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom and another room with two single beds (90 cm). The upper level also features a shower room with a bidet and WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can take advantage of the following amenities: a washing machine, barbecue area, dishwasher, satellite TV, gas heating (available only from October 30th to April 1st), and a television. The property accommodates a maximum capacity of 5 guests and offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. Other conveniences include natural stone floors, a large balcony, a spacious 40 square meter terrace with outdoor furniture, deck chairs (2), and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the resort. Additional facilities provided are a children's high chair, baby cot, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. A garage is also available for your use.

The property offers a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the resort, creating a picturesque setting for your vacation.
