Villa Corazón is located in Miramar, a historic neighborhood in the district of Santurce, San Juan. This is the most trendy location in the metropolitan area and well known for its unique art-deco architecture. Walk to the grocery store, bakeries, specialty foods store, Fine Arts Cinema, restaurants, bars, galleries (all within 5-10 minutes). There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites: Enjoy the beach! The apartment has beach towels for your use. Puerto Rico Convention Center (TMobile District): the largest in the Caribbean and one of the most technologically advanced in the Americas has around 10 restaurants, huge sports bar Arena Medalla, Caribbean Cinemas VIP, a concert venue, and even a Toro Verde zip line! La Placita de Santurce: a local market with various restaurants and awesome nightlife. Explore Miramar: This up and coming hip street is filled with dining and shopping options. Old San Juan: There is s a lot of history to be seen, great food, drinks, and shopping. You will have the code for the main gate, the building entrance and your villa. Enter the apartment and you will be delighted by the sight of beautiful swaying trees behind floor to ceiling glass windows. The space features an open concept living and dining area with a comfy sofa, Smart TV, armchairs and reading chairs and a/c. First Bedroom: 1 queen bed with attached bathroom Second Bedroom: 1 queen bed Third Bedroom: 1 double bed The three bedrooms are dressed with freshly laundered linens, fluffy pillows and high quality bedding. The two fully renovated luxurious bathrooms are stocked with resort-quality toiletries and towels. Modern and moody dark wood kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to the dining area, creating the perfect ambiance for entertaining. Alongside the kitchen, there is a full-size washer and dryer. The property is located in a highly walkable area. Uber is widely available in San Juan. Car rental is necessary if leaving the city. You will have gated parking for two vehicles inside the property.
