We really enjoyed our stay overall. The home was roomy enough for our group of 11 (including children ages 2–11) and never felt cramped. It was nicely decorated, and everything smelled fresh and clean when we arrived. The location was also great. Being in a gated community made it feel safe, and it was incredibly convenient to have a grocery store basically right there, about a 2-minute walk. The beach was close, and we appreciated how easy it was to get around. It was about 10 minutes to the airport and there were lots of good places nearby to grab food. A couple of things to note: we did run into an issue with dog waste outside the gate and in the backyard. We cleaned it up since it was right by the entrance, but there was more the next morning. We saw a dog at the house directly across from us, but we never actually saw anyone walking it, so we weren’t sure where it was coming from (and we weren’t sure if the surrounding homes were residents or other vacationers). Also, the shower water pressure wasn’t consistent and seemed weaker some evenings. Even with those issues, the home was a good fit for a large family and the location was a major plus.

Six of us (family) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Pics do not do it justice. It is extremely clean, well kept, and the layout works well, both for family/friends that want to stay together and those that would like more privacy; the third apartment is in the back along a path. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, and that alleviates the problem of numerous people having to share one bathroom.There were welcome drinks in the refrigerator which were a nice surprise and extremely appreciated in the PR heat. There are washers and dryers, and laundry detergent is provided. There were board games, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a cooler! The blue towels in the welcome basket are quick dry, microfiber beach towels and came in very handy. The pool is great if you don't feel like lugging everything to the beach and just staying in.Power went out our very last night there and the generator kicked in within seconds. Again, very much appreciated. All in all, it was a great stay in a quiet, secure neighborhod. We would definitely stay again!

Fully stocked. Nice neighborhood. 3min walk to the nearby market. Uber is super cheap. This place is very nice. 2 of the 3 units is in the larger, front part of the house. It is separated by a door. Each of these 2 units had 2 bedrooms. The front unit had the largest kitchen it seems with a washer/dryer machine combo. The 3rd unit is a stand alone with kitchen and bathroom. Depending on what you’re looking for, this is more of a locals area. If you’re looking to stay by the resorts, etc, you would want to look at the Coronado area. If you want a more local vibe, (although, there were still lots of tourists in this area as well) this is a good area and house for it. Beach is a further walk away and it’s more of a locals beach. Ubers are super cheap so old San Juan and Coronado is also a cheap uber ride away!

We will definitely be booking this location again it was perfect and beautiful super clean and we all had our own spaces the pool was just perfect! Inside and out this property was a 10 out 10 and the host just amazing as well I’m a very picky person but this location just had everything thank you to the host another thing super safe in a gated community and close to everything the airport, beach, restaurant and all the fun locations

Multi-generational family trip

This property was perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). Francheska went above and beyond to help us before and during the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. There were stocked fridges, sand toys, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and so much more. We would definitely recommend to other large groups!

Superior Accommodations!

Brought three graduates and my senior parents to this oasis in PR. The three houses had plenty of space for the seven of us. Pictures do not compare to the real thing. Loved every part of the property from the private pool, multiple patios, and great location. We will definitely be returning. Probably the best VRBO I’ve used. Future visitors… please treat this place with TLC and care as you would your own home. We have to maintain this jewel of a place. Thanks for sharing your property, Francheska. ❤️❤️👍👍👍

Ocean Park /San Juan

Property was very clean inside and out. Accurate description in listing. Yard and pool were a little small but to be expected in the city. Nice that everyone had their own space but could get together when needed. Gated and quiet community we felt safe in. We walked every morning, sometimes with the neighborhood dog! The grocery store is just a 5 minute walk and the beach is a 10 minute walk. Great location, many things are a short drive. Just a few minor issues that the host took care of. Would diffidently recommend this place and would stay again.

Costa Escondida The house was perfect for us as it gave us a place for ourselves along with an area to unwind together . The pool was great for the grandkids and adults. This was a family vacation. It was my wife and I together with our son, his wife with 3 grandkids ages 1-1/2, 4 and 6, our daughter, her husband and my brother and sister in-law. Location was great and the host Fracheska was so attentive to our needs and she was quick to respond to the questions we had. She knew we were traveling with a 1-1/2 yr old and had a crib setup with blankets and stuffed animal inside. The house had a very homey feeling. Definitely would recommend this house.

Hidden sanctuary

Outdoor kitchen was a great asset to having family over. The units were better than expected, very clean, and great to relax in. The pool was great and got al lot of sun. Loved the outside shower! The refrigerator were stocked, a great thing to have. Loved that all the glasses were plastic, making it way to take by the pool. I would recommend better coffee pots as they were on the small side and lacked filters.

40th Birthday Trip

We came to PR for my husbands 40th birthday with a group of friends. Costa Escondidad was perfect for our group. The 3 apartments were extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Francheska provided amenities that were beyond our expectations such as fridges filled with goodies, beach chairs, cooler and so much more. The best part was the pool. It was cleaned professionally before our arrival and so well maintain. We had a blast hanging by the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway place!

Fabulous villa for our anniversary! We had a party of 9 and the accomodations were very fitting. The 2 bedrooms per apartment were the perfect setup and the 1 bedroom private apartment was just what we needed. Lots of restaurants and local entertainment within walking distance or quick Uber.

Must stay here!

Costa Escondida was perfect for our group of 9 friends! The property contains 3 separate villas that each have a bathroom, bed room(s), seating area and kitchen. The outdoor communal spaces are perfect for getting together and hanging out. The pool and outdoor bar area is fantastic! The pictures depict the property accurately, everything was so clean and there were so many thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket with Puerto Rican coffee and beer. The fridges were stocked with beer, sodas, and water. We had no problem cooking meals with what was available in the kitchen. Francheska was a great host and a great communicator! She answered all of our questions timely and helped with recommendations. If you are not planning to rent a car, SuperMax offers a grocery delivery service that was super easy to use. We took Ubers during our stay. 10 mins to SJU, about 15 mins to Old San Juan. There is a local beach nearby that is about a 5 min walk. The area felt very safe and the community itself is gated. Plus there is a locked gate to get onto the property.
