El lugar está muy accesible a todo y el servicio de llamada al servicio está perfecto…. Pero… la puerta de la habitación nunca la pude cerrar no funcionó el cual me mantuvo insegura, mucho ruido y cuando cierran puertas externas sientes todo el movimiento en la puerta de la habitación el cual no te deja descansar, mientras el frente del hotel se inunda de agua el cual no tienes acceso a salir con facilidad….

I was upset because when I first arrived the outside gate was locked so we weren’t able to get in and we weren’t sent the instructions on how to open the outside door. Also one of the dining room chairs were broken when we went to sit down. Also the house had alot of mosquitoes being that the door window panels had holes in them. The water in the shower did not get hot. The outlets by the bedside did not work . Also on our first night the power was out

The night we stayed was very stressful, we could not sleep because there were 2 women fighting in the hallway the whole night through. We sent a message to the owner and never got any response from him. We left even more tired than we arrived and luckily we only book one night.

This hotel is in a good area near the beach and there are places to eat and shops within walking distance. The hotel itself is very run down. We rented the apt that fits 5 people it has 2 queen beds and one "fold out couch bed" it was a bad fold out. Its not a matress its just the couch cushin that folds down so you are literally sleeping on a rock hard surface. The ac didn't work at all so our apartment was very hot. The shower had only a drizzle when turned to hot but full pressure on cold. There was only one or two outlets that worked in the room we stayed in. So the t.v wasnt usable bcuz it couldn't get power and it was inconvenient when trying to charge phones. The wifi for the room wasnt usable bcuz you couldnt find it as an option. The guest house was nice but it didnt have much to it. A couch t.v. and a small snack. The ac in there actually works. Overall, the location was pretty good and the price was ok, but I'd never stay there again.

There was sand on top of one of the beds. On the midle of the night we found a huge spider alive and upon departure a centulipede. The place were not the one shown in the fotos. It was an old house in the same street. The customer service on the phone did not even know how the place look from the outside.

Floors stay wet. My wife slipped and scraped her leg badly due to wet floors. No windows except one over the door which allows the hall light to shine through and over the bed at night. Air conditioner kept cutting off at night. An occasional very loud hum kept waking us up at night. No idea where it was coming from. Loud guests in the hall were heard after midnight. No hair dryer in the room. Only one chair in the room. No other furniture. Room #1 at the end of a long hallway. Probably the worst room I’ve ever stayed in during my adult life.

This is a hostel, more or less. S All but clean. No toilet paper holder, no windows in a concrete building. Transome over door allowed light,which was on all night, to light the space all night. Fan squeeked all night.

Firstly, the sheets and pillows are visibly dirty, with hair all over the pillows. This is not at all up to standard for a comfortable stay. Additionally, there's water leaking from the ceiling, which is causing damage to the room, and the toilet is producing bubbles, indicating a plumbing issue. These conditions are unacceptable and greatly impact the quality of my stay. I kindly request immediate attention to rectify these issues and ensure a satisfactory experience. It sounds like they didn't prioritize our room and left it until the last minute to be cleaned, it seems like they may not be inclined to go anywhere if they receive the same treatment.
