The Space: St. Tropez Paradise is a beautifully remodeled studio apartment located just a 5-minute walk from Isla Verde Beach, one of the most stunning beaches in Puerto Rico, and a top urban beach in the Caribbean. While not beachfront, the apartment's prime location puts you within easy reach of endless dining and nightlife options. You’ll love the city and pool views from this apartment. The studio includes one comfortable queen bed, accommodating up to 2 adults. St. Tropez Paradise is a very convenient choice for travelers as it features a recently renovated kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and parking for one vehicle right in the best location. The property is just a short 5-7 minute-ride from Luis Muñoz Marín Airport This building offers access to a coin laundry, where guests can access washers & dryers. LIVING AREAS Enter the studio, and you will be greeted with a stylish, sleek kitchen on your right-hand side and comfortable storage and closet space to your left, which will guide you to a modern bathroom equipped with a shower. When stepping into the studio, you will find the cozy yet open living space featuring a sofa, a large flat-screen TV, a dedicated workspace, a modern drawer perfect to store your belongings, a dining table for two, and a comfortable queen bed. The modern and sophisticated decor of St. Tropez gives this wonderful beach apartment a stylish and sophisticated feel. The studio features a balcony with a sitting area where you can enjoy the views and trade winds. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The studio has one queen-size bed outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens. Two modern and convenient nightstands with nightlights are also included. St. Tropez Paradise features a private full bathroom with a rain shower head and air conditioning throughout the unit. PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability. KITCHEN St. Tropez Paradise has a brand new European-sleek kitchenette with white countertops and gray and wood cabinetry, a stunning overall look. The kitchen features a 2-burner stove, full fridge, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. It has everything you will need for your stay. GETTING AROUND St. Tropez Paradise includes one parking. It is not an assigned parking space. Once you have checked-in, the parking pass is located on the kitchen counter. LOCATION St. Tropez Paradise is located on Isla Verde Beach, Puerto Rico. This is arguably the best urban beach in the Caribbean. The beach is 1.5 miles long and the Isla Verde strip has a long list of dining and nightlife options. The apartment is 5 minutes from the airport and has car rentals, supermarkets, a Walgreens, and multiple hotels and Casinos all within walking distance. There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites: Chill at the beach! It is one of our favorite beaches in Puerto Rico and a must-do if you are staying at St. Tropez Paradise. The apartment has beach chairs, towels, and coolers for a long day at the beach. Lunch or dinner at La Placita de Santurce; a local market with 20+ restaurants and awesome nightlife. We love Santaella restaurant; a local cuisine with a modern approach located in La Placita. Shop at The Mall of San Juan. This brand new mall is a 10-minute drive from the apartment and has excellent shops and dining options. Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 30-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship. Spend a day in Old San Juan. St. Tropez Paradise is a 15 min drive away from the oldest city in all of the US. There is a lot of history to be seen and great food and drinks to savor. TRAVEL INSURANCE We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase. Disclaimer: we are not associated with any travel insurance companies. AMENITIES West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs, and an ice cooler. West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. HOUSE RULES Check-in time is at 4:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property. All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess, stained towels/linens will be charged. Subletting not allowed Do not hang towels from balcony or windows INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The West Indies Vacation Rental staff is eager to ensure everything about your vacation is 5-stars. We will share recommendations on things to do and places to eat prior to your arrival and we are available to provide suggestions for any other activities you may be interested in doing during your trip. Most importantly, you will have a dedicated Property Manager to resolve any issues that may arise during your stay.
