The property is fully enclosed with a gated entrance with lots of amenities such as the pool, outdoor shower, smart tvs, ample lounging areas, board games, grill and more. We can arrange grocery shopping so your fridge is stocked upon arrival, chef services, transportation to and from the airport. Our team is always available to assist in making your trip to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico the best ever! Only 35-40 min drive from the San Juan Airport. The villa is equipped with all the essentials from towels and linens, to shampoo and soaps, and all of the kitchen equipment needed to whip up a gourmet meal. Home Layout is as follows: Apartment or ground floor level is located just off the carport with its own entrance. Inside it has a dining room, living room, and two bedrooms. There is a full bathroom shared by both bedrooms. 2nd Story Level- has its own entrance that faces the driveway. You enter into a foyer or common area before ascending a flight of stairs. At the top of the stairs is a dining room, that is open to the kitchen, then the living room is on the ocean side. Off the living room is a large balcony on the oceanside with panoramic views of the ocean and El Yunque rainforest. There is an outdoor living room set as well as a 4 person dining table on this balcony. This level has a half bath off the dining room and then two large master suites. These two rooms are the same size with their own bathrooms attached. Both bedrooms are connected to large balconies. Awesome Ocean views that can be seen throughout this level. There is also a staircase off the oceanside balcony that takes you down to the path to the ocean. 3rd Level/Loft- There is a spiral staircase that is in the corner of the dining room that takes you to the 3rd level. There is an open loft living room, a full large bathroom, and a private bedroom. Through the bedroom there is a complete wrap around balcony with amazing panoramic ocean and rainforest views. Guest House- Is a completely separate structure from main house featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Main house and guest house are included together with every booking. You will not share the property with anybody. This house is huge and met all our needs and provided the perfect spot for our family reunion. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the ocean. The villa's location is unbeatable – just steps from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sound of the waves and breathtaking sunsets every day. The property itself is beautiful with a tropical vibe. The common areas of the villa are perfect for both relaxation and family games. We spent many evenings lounging in the living room, which features great seating and a large flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen had 2 fringes which was great. We loved eating outside on the patio overlooking the stunning views. You can see the rainforest and ocean from the front balcony which was incredible. We can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories at this incredible oceanfront haven. Jul 11, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy This property is absolutely stunning and the ocean front is so Beautiful - definitely those two things are 5 star worthy! The rest of the home I would love to give it five stars as well, but there are definitely a few things that are more than cosmetic and completely non functional. The stove hood did not work at all meaning there also was no light over the stove and the lights in the laundry room did not work. The main bedroom in the main house has beautiful access to the deck and the cool ocean breezes - if the door would have opened to use it, sadly it did not open. We were forced to sleep one night with the bright fan light over the bed on as it would not turn off with the remote, and there isn’t a “switch.” The showers are beautiful but the pressure was a mere trickle, and the water never did get hot, beats a sponge bath, but it still took over 5 minutes to rinse your hair! There were roaches in the drawers and hiding in every corner of the kitchen, including under the dishwasher which also was not installed properly as it tipped completely forward every time you opened it. We reached out to Jacob about some of our concerns - he said he would be over to at least spray the bugs - and he never showed up except to turn off the fan light. Jacob is so kind, but it would have been nice if he would’ve followed through on our concerns. From booking through checkout, communication was easy and responsive — someone was always available to help.The House:Amazing layout with plenty of space to gather or break off. Great for big groups — the partiers could stay up late without disturbing early sleepers. Tons of amenities: kayaks, ping pong, cornhole, snorkels, coolers, beach chairs, and water shoes for days. The pool is on the smaller side but perfect for socializing, and the bay is calm, clear, and great for floating — not rocky or spooky at all! The Staff:Matt (the owner) was super accommodating with early check-in and late checkout. Jacob, the house manager, was a gem — friendly, helpful, and gave us a thorough tour (not bad to look at either). He also shared everything we needed in advance so we knew what to pack/buy.Fix a Trip PR:We used their team for meals, bartending, and transportation. 10/10 Everything was seamless! For dinner night one, they brought apps and drinks outside while we enjoyed the view, served up endless piña coladas, and handled our rowdy group with patience and professionalism. We had a great bbq lunch which was on time and tasty. Transportation services were reliable and kind, even though we were blasting bad bunny and making requests to stops. Couldnt have managed this without this team!
