It was on the third floor so we got a lot of exercise walking up and down the stairs (which wasn't a bad thing). We had fun boogy boarding on the ocean waves with the provided boogy boards. It was a short drive to the rain forest and a little longer drive to Old San Juan. The only downside was a large group of people arrived on our second day. Just steps away from a wonderful, private beach with waves appropriate for kids. The property and condo are very well maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful! And the unit is well stocked with everything you could need. It even had a grill on the balcony which we did not end up using. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the rainforest and easy access to highways that take you to activities like kayaking and surfing. You can walk out to the beach as it is right outside the complex gate and it’s great for morning walks. The beach is not crowded at all and the ocean is enjoyable.
