Restaurants, shops, all amenities, etc. We are 5 minute from the International Airport, 15 minutes away from Condado, and 20 minutes away from Old San Juan. Host communication was great, always a quick response. Check in and out instructions were very well detailed and easy to follow. It also has a dedicated locked parking space which is great. Only a few minutes from the airport and easy access to the highways. The condo was recently renovated and very comfortable. An amazing view of the ocean from everywhere in the condo, even the shower. The shore in front of condo is rock instead of sandy Beach, but a quick 1-2 min walk in either direction to great sandy beaches. This made for great wave sounds to fall asleep to each night. Hot water only lasted for three minutes. There was construction every day at the property. Pipes burst out in the hallway and was flooded for an entire afternoon. The parking space is only big enough to park a Fiat. The neighborhood is not the cleanest or safest. The air conditioner over the bed leaked onto the bed and made the pillows wet.
