Having a full kitchen made healthy dinner prep easy...especially after a full day of snacking on street food. The reasonable price made it possible for us to stay overnight in Vieques and 1 night in Lajas, without having to drag all our luggage with us. The gated community gave us a very safe sense of security. We are heavy sleepers, so the 24 hour gas station, directly across the street, wasn't too much of a disturbance, but bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
