Great beachfront location close to El Yunque, restaurants and snorkeling tours. Comfortably met the needs of our family of 5 with three teenagers. The view is outstanding and the space is well appointed and modern. Air conditioning available throughout but often times not needed with the nice ocean breeze on the 22nd floor. The condo was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was plenty of space for all your things. My family was relieved to find each king sized bed was comfortable. Having TVs in all the rooms with access to numerous channels was a plus. The ocean views from the bedrooms and porch were stunning and we loved viewing the mountains from the front door. The brand new elevator to the unit worked perfectly and was much appreciated as the unit was on the top floor. Sergio's place was in a great location. Easy to get to the beach (beach equipment is provided...4 new beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels, etc.), the rainforest, San Juan, and other locations. Sergio was easy to communicate with and provided information on restaurants and activities in the area.
