Leslianne was very friendly and very prompt in her responses. She gave us multiple ways to find the location in case we had any trouble. The room was very clean, the wifi worked well, and it checked all the basic necessities for us! We wanted a reasonably priced, clean, safe place to stay and we got exactly that. She also had left some amenities for us to have if we wanted, but our days were packed with so many activities that we always just showered and fell asleep once back at the room. But we greatly appreciate that they were there!
