I loved our stay. Staff were super polite and professional. Premises were modern with check in and grab and go, app for suggestions and info and text capability to communicate with front desk for whatever u need . Restaurant had great food. Wish it stayed open later. Laundry chute on each floor to toss used towels down. Room temp controllable and water pressure and temp good. The access to your own kitchen. Safe access with keycard swiping into hotel on evenings. Location being central to everything was ideal. Only downside was construction next door but was hardly audible with windows closed. Also check out being at 10am was an unwelcome surprise but perhaps my oversight . Staff let me check out at 10:30 am since I was running behind. Overall was sad to leave but would definitely stay again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We originally had a different place that turned out to be a nightmare. This made up for it and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our vacation. It was nice, space was comfortable, and staff were friendly.

Was our first time staying in Condado. HiBird was a great choice. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Place is perfect for families. Room was comfortable, clean and everything we needed. The pool are was very nice, cozy. We will definitely go back.

Pre and Post Cruise stay. You won’t be disappointe
Our trip was better than expected. We didn’t know what to expect or if the rooms would be right for us. This is a great option to schedule with a group of with friends or family. We had 9 people stay in the 4 bedroom. It was perfect. You’ll love the balcony and common space. If you meet Juan, you'll immediately know you are on good hands and it time to focus on you!
