This is a great spot in lovely Isla Verde. Fantastic communication from host, and very easy to access and find Apartment. It’s a good size with everything you need for a comfy stay. (Even beach chairs if you need them) Aircon is very efficient and great to have shampoo and shower gel provided. (Beach towels too) The swimming pool is a good size a bit cool but refreshing in January. Pretty quiet most of the time we used it. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and great value especially when compared to the hotels that are close by. Recommend this studio apartment and host was very helpful when it came to leaving bags on arrival and a slightly later check out.

The apartment was amazing. It was in a great location with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beach was just a short walk away and the area was beautiful. The hosts were very helpful and provided us with all the information needed to make the check in/check out process very easy.

I enjoyed my stay. There was a little problem due to a fire next door on out last night we had no power. The host came through with a battery to power a fan over night. We left as soon as fan was no longer working. Host were attentive and present with any issues and concerns. Still waiting to see if we will receive any kind of discount since we did not have power last night but other wise I enjoyed the stay.

My boyfriend, son (8) and I stay here. This is was very nice and cozy place. It is quit and clean located in very nice area with everything entertainment, shopping, dinning, super markets, the beach was all very close by. VERY Walkable. We loved it and will be returning.

This was a very nice property in a convenient location of Isla Verde. It was great knowing if we had any questions or concerns, the owner was always available with a text or phone call, & available to be on site if needed. We enjoyed our stay; I recommend this property for the owners, the amenities, and the location.

Christian was a very good host to my partner and I. Very quick responses and a very nice guy in general. Always helped us out if needed and the home was very clean with great amenities including Netflix, prime video, and more for downtime during the evening. Will definitely be booking with their family again once I make my return to San Juan!

Just what we needed
We didn’t know much about PR going into our trip, but we did know that Christian was an awesome host! From letting us reschedule last minute due to a Hurricane hitting the island to even willinn to accommodate us as we almost had to cut our trip short! He was great! His condo was just as nice as he was! Comfortable & beautiful & a quick walk to the beach was all we needed! It was close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores & the beach & made our stay very easy. Uber rides to Old San Juan were quick so we didn’t need a car. If we head back to the island we will def choose this place again!

Clean place but no hot water
Was close to everything as far as food goes but beach was hard to get to, kind of a walk. Didn't use kitchen as we were told to wash our dishes and there was no hot water and the sink could not be filled. So didn't feel that they were clean for us either. I did ask about the water and was told to let it run which made no difference. saw another review that talked about the water also . Never stayed somewhere that didn't even have salt and pepper? Anyway price was good and felt if they replace their hot water unit it would of been a higher review.

Hi Donna, thanks for your review and your feedback that help us to be better host, about the walk to the beach is like 5 minutes to 8 minutes walk is not to far. About the dishes we always recommend our guest to wash their dishes and we provide the soap for that. All our plates are deliver clean for our guest. About the salt and pepper we always leave basic cooking condiments, next time let us know and we will provide or let you were is the salt and pepper. About the hot water the property has a water heater but is not program to be so hot for the safety of our guest. Again thanks for your feedback. Regards, Christian

It’s just like the pictures but the vibes are even better!!
This was my first visit to San Juan and my first solo trip. I am so happy this place was available for my stay as it was truly one of the highlights of my trip. I was anxious about being so far from home by myself but when I opened the door to this place that melted away!! The vibes of the apartment were so safe, comfortable, and cozy. It also smelled AMAZING!!! I didn’t have any “issues” to contact the hosts about but whenever I had questions they were friendly and responded quickly. I truly hope this place is available for my next trip to San Juan because it’s truly a gem!!!

Perfect for Couples!
I stayed at Christian’s condo with my fiancé and had an amazing stay! The place is small and lovely, perfect for a couple. We got to enjoy the pool the first day we were there all to ourselves which was nice and clean. There’s a laundry room in the Basement parking garage and the location was super convenient next to great restaurants and night life next door at El San Juan Hotel & Casino. Christian was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again.

Location is key. Everything is within walking distance, beach, supermarkets, pool, casino, pharmacy, entertainment etc. For a studio apt was very clean and comfortable. Two people only, perfect for couples. It would have been nice to have the basics for cooking i.e. salt ad sugar. Overall kitchen is mostly good for coffee, toast and microwave meals. Nevertheless, a great place, cannot beat the location. Host was very responsive and provided lots of valuable information. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Perfect year anniversary stay!!!!
I texted Christian the evening before our arrival & he called me right back. He explained all the details of how to get in & also emailed them to me. I contacted him upon arrival also. The place was immaculately clean and a perfect size for a couple and even if you are traveling with a young child. The condo has a very clean pool which barely no one uses and is just a six minute walk away from the beach. There is plenty of places to eat right outside the guard gate and down the strip. The highest price I paid for an Uber was $17 and that was for a 30 minute drive away. Mainly trip we’re 5-6 dollars. Also your 5 minutes from the airport which is great! This location and property is perfect if you want to be in the mix of things. Christian was a wonderful host and I will definitely come back again! Thank you for everything we had an amazing anniversary stay.

Awesome stay
The location is very safe and secure. Security was present at all times. Not that it was needed. Very beautiful room and shower. Loved the shower. Kitchen had everything and the fridge was full size. Beach towel was provided as well as other beach items. I would definitely stay here in the future. The owners were very responsive when I had a question.

The apartment was clean and walking distance from the beach and other restaurants as well. They had beach chairs available as well as a cooler that we were able to use. The hosts also made sure to check in on us to make sure everything was fine. It was also very reasonably priced for it's location compared to the other properties in the area. Check in and check out process was easy as well. Some of the issues we had with the place was that the apartment was on the second floor, and the window didn't seal completely when shut, so on one or 2 nights, it was very noisy and hard to fall asleep because we could hear everything on the street. The hottest water temperature setting for the shower, was lukewarm at best. Additionally, the make of some of the things in the bathroom was cheap. Like the hand towel ring was poorly screwed in, so when I would try to grab the towel to wipe my hand, it would slide out

We aren’t use to a 3 star rating :( we work hard so our guest feel good and enjoy our clean cozy studio in a reasonable price, that is why We ask several times if everything was ok , and never mention anything of this. The place was amazing! 8ft deep pool, kitchen, balcony on 2nd floor with a view of the strip. Vending machines and karaoke bar off lobby. Mexican restaurant next door with a casino/hotel on the other side. Very comfy bed and pillows.

The condo was perfect for our needs and a good value for the area. It is located on a busy tourist strip of Isla Verde so I would recommended this space to anyone looking to be within walking distance of the beach, who doesn’t mind some extra noise from the outside. It has convenient access to a 24hr grocery store down the street, a strip with some food options, and is within a gated structure.
