Overall the property had everything we need. The property manager was very available and helpful. Ocean view is accurate - stunning views from the veranda! While Oceanfront is technically accurate - there is no access to the shore/water from this property. Location rating - you absolutely need a car to stay here, there are no coffee shops/restaurants walking distance, and public access to the ocean/beach is about a 10-15 minute drive. This property is also in a strictly residential area, so the public marina is also about a 10-15 minute drive.
