Shower head barely worked. the room had a coffee pot and coffee, but no filters. Half a roll of toilet paper was provided for a 3-night stay. If you're on foot, you cant exit the property without a key. Otherwise this studio was not up to par with cleaning, it was loud in the hallways it was a very old building, completely oudated and stunk terribly. The elevator in the building is dangerous and we didnt feel comfortable using it. So had to haul luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The bathroom has venting area with a shade over it above the toilet, so you can hear everybody out in the hallways perfectly no privacy. I contacted the owner a few hours after we had been back to our room from sightseeing to let them know how loud it was how bad the smells of marijuana and urine were and how dirty the refrigerator and Floors were in the room. The communication was good at first but then when she told me they would give me a half of a refund back she stopped communicating with me completely. My husband and I ended up leaving at 6:00 a.m. after a cockroach ran across my foot in the apartment. The bathroom is too small. The parking is very limited and if you do not arrive early, you may not find parking at all. If you want to stay out late, I will not recommend this place due to the parking. It is very close to the beach but only one way in and out and street is very dark. This is place for 2 people not more. The host was very communicative and responsive. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and I will not advise anyone to walk to the casinos at night, very isolated streets. The room was clean and has a very good air conditioning. ##### Jose C.
