The location was key. We could walk to the nearby beach and several good restaurants. Ubers were plentiful and all our drivers spoke english. One thing to note - the description mentions lagoon access but there was none. Other than that everything was as described and very clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. Just an FYI - there is no hot water available in the kitchen and in the shower, the hot/cold is reversed. There was no ice or any ice trays to make any. Minor details to be sure. The view of both the Lagoon and Beach were wonderful to see each day and the room was super comfy. It is near everything in the condado region and only a 15 minute drive or so to Old San Juan.
