### Beautiful oceanfront home- pool coming March 2026!

UPDATE: The pool, jacuzzi, pool bath, and huge pool patio are on track for completion in mid February.  
  
One of the best views on the east coast of PR. Bask in the sun while enjoying panoramic views from every level of this private gated home. Currently under construction on a beautiful pool and patio to enjoy. 3 story house with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 3 stunning ocean view patios. Enjoy luxurious furniture and appointments throughout the home.  
  
No parties or large gatherings allowed.  
  
Relax with the sounds of the ocean, the pelicans gliding above, dolphin, manatee, and sea turtles in the water behind the house. Add in a constant sea breeze you have a serene and tranquil escape in beautiful Puerto Rico. This home features 2 large interior living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. Every room of the house has a beautiful view of the ocean. The best view is from the rooftop terrace. Relax on the outdoor furniture, soak in the sun rays and melt away the stress.  
  
The home has AC in every room as well as endless hot water heaters.  
  
Additionally there is a automatic backup power generator that will run for 8 days if a power outage occurs. The generator powers the whole home, its turns on and off on its own.  
  
We provide a propane gas BBQ grill for guest use.  
  
No parties or large gatherings allowed.  
  
The drive to the home provides gated parking space for up to 6 vehicles. Limited parking on the street. Uber works and is best if you are able to schedule rides. Suggest renting a car for ease of movement to beaches, restaurants, and activities.  
  
The entire home will be accessible to our guests with exception of owners and supply closets.  
  
I am on the island, available by phone for any issues.  
  
The area is known as a water sports hub. Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve includes the bioluminescent Laguna Grande and a colonial-era lighthouse. Sailboats dot the wide bay of Seven Seas Beach. Offshore waters are home to dolphins, turtles and manatees. To the west are the trails of El Yunque National Forest.   
Seven Seas, the most popular balneario in Fajardo presents its visitors with placid shoreline that’s ideal for snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, and more. The crescent-shaped beach is lined with palm and almond trees that provide shade for a picnic or just to relax. The beach is surrounded by little food kiosks and restaurants at the entrance of Las Cabezas de San Juan, also known as Las Croabas. Seven Seas has gazebos, parking and camping areas, as well as restrooms and showers.  
  
The Cordillera Natural Reserve is made up of remote keys and cays that are full of bright and abundant ocean life. Places like Palomino Island, a location owned by El Conquistador hotel, gives you the opportunity to dive in the waters, play some beach volleyball, practice paddle boarding, and even snorkel around the reefs.  
Laguna Grande Bioluminescent Bay  
One of the main attractions at Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve is Laguna Grande, one of the three bio-bays in Puerto Rico. The narrow and long canal that leads to the dazzling, glow-in-the-dark waters make this a lagoon, technically, rather than a bay.  
  
You can kayak or cruise in a small boat and experience a surreal moment when the agitation of the water makes it light up thanks to microscopic organisms in the water. Although visitors are not allowed to swim in the lagoon, you can agitate the water with your hands and witness a magical natural spectacle. Be sure to book in advance and take into consideration that the less moonlight there is, the better the experience of this natural phenomenon will be.  
  
Fall in love with Icacos Island\`s diamond-dust shore and stunning clear waters where abundant coral reefs are home to schools of fish and other marine creatures. Dubbed as Fajardo\`s best kept beach, this piece of paradise is the largest key of the Codillera Natural Reserve. Don’t miss a chance to spend the day working on a suntan and enjoying the ocean breeze  
  
Other nearby cays are Cayo Lobos, Cayo Ratones, Cayo Diablo, and Cayo Cucarachas. Charter a catamaran to go beach and cay-hopping with some friends.  
  
The El Yunque National Forest is the only tropical rainforest in the national forest system. At nearly 29,000 acres, it is one of the smallest in size, yet one of the most biologically diverse. Come experience the breathtaking scenery, clear mountain rivers, and outdoor recreation opportunities year round.  
  
The home has 2 bedrooms on the main level that are accessible without steps. The primary king bed with bath, and a main level bedroom with a queen bed and private access to a common area bathroom.  
  
When you stay with us you\`re experiencing a home that is personally cared for, maintained, and thoughtfully hosted unlike investor owned properties managed by companies where quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail can often fall short.  
No parties or large gatherings allowed in excess of the listed guests on the reservation.
