You will be close to everything when you stay at the centrally-located Casa Elegante. This renovated oceanfront apartment is in the heart of Isla Verde. It has 2 bedrooms (king and queen beds) sleeper sofa & 2 full baths. Smart TV with cable, high speed WIFI (300/30 MB) and an assigned parking. Marbella del Caribe has a swimming pool and is walking distance to over 30 restaurants, nightlife, casino and supermarkets. It is just 10 mins from SJU airport and 15 mins from Old San Juan. It is heaven!

BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.  
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.  
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
