Guest access Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide one bath towel and one beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least two beach chairs and an ice cooler. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, three garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one dish soap, and one dish sponge. Guests are responsible for purchasing their laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. I want you to know that you are responsible for reviewing what is included in the property and stock, along with whatever else you need for your stay. Extra amenities: Daybed and stroller. Each must be requested in advance of your arrival. Please note that the daybed has a $10 fee, while the stroller is free. Late Check-out: We offer late check-out at a rate of $15 per hour.
