Julia was great at communicating before we arrived. Great security at the complex and we always had the pool to ourselves. Four of stayed there and we had plenty of room and lots of hot water. The size was perfect and allowed us to spread out. We also took the golf cart to the beach, which the kids loved. The pool was very close to our villa. We got great sleep thanks for amazingly soft beds and black out blinds. The Rio Mar grounds and pool were great and we did a day trip to Fajardo and Yunque. Hope we can return soon! ##### Mia C. I would rate this in the top 3 of all VRBO properties that we have reserved! The host, Julia is wonderful and communicates quickly. The condo is EXACTLY as depicted in the picture profiles. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. All was superb. :) If I was a "nit-pick" type of person, then I would mention the loose toilet seat in the guest bathroom. Also, we LOVED the shower in the guest bathroom, but in the primary bathroom, the shower head is the detachable style and I am not used to that set-up. HIGHLY recommend but not too much because we want to book again and more often, so we don't want too much competition. Ha ha! Thank you for the wonderful decor, the towels, and all the supplies we needed were provided. Even a hair dryer and hair straightener! THANK YOU - we will be back! ##### Stacey D.
