Nice and affordable place to stay! Look just like the photo was very clean, the outside looks sketchy but never felt unsafe. The location was perfect right in middle of old San Juan , la placita , and condado beach! In the unit there was only 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, only 2 beach towels, 1 white hand towel in the kitchen no cleaning supplies, 3 forks, 3 knives, 3 spoons very weird?? I left a new pair of earrings behind by accident and I never saw them again :(, We stayed 1 week , Neighborhood sketchy but ok since we are from Chicago but overall, we loved Puerto Rico .... the owner definitely needs to put more effort in organizing for their guest ##### Megan K. This was a quick weekend gateway and we did not want to break the bank. We picked this apartment due to the proximity to some bars and restaurants we wanted to go. The Pros: the apartment was exactly as advertised, during the day the location was great for grocery shopping and some restaurants nearby, the apartment is only 15 min drive to old San Juan. The Cons: The location at night is sketchy and I will not advise to walk alone at night, the water pressure was low and the water temperature was not always consistent. Despite the cons, I would still choose this apartment in the future, the space was perfect for our needs. ##### Julio R.
