This unique place has its own style, centrally-located place, with Air Conditioner.  
  
Perfect place perfect location.  
  
This 2 bedroom apartment, is fully equipped and have everything you need during your stay. The apartment has kitchen, comfortable living room, AC, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 parking spot.  
  
The condo Novatriana is great, it has a nice pool, gym, co-working area, playground, 24 hour security and more. Located 5 min away from Citymall, Walmart and the Airport SJO.

The apartment is located less than 5 minutes away from the main airport of Costa Rica (SJO), the surrounding is very calm and close to the City Mall at the same time, which is perfect to relax but also with all the amenities of the city. This apartment is in Novatriana condominium, Alajuela, Costa Rica, an excellent location since it is in an intermediate point that allows you to easily travel to various tourist areas of the country.

Do you need transportation to the airport or tour information? It will be a pleasure to help you with information about it (\*additional cost by third parties).  
  
We would love to be part of your vacation/work stay, since our goal is to create unforgettable experiences that ensure guest satisfaction and allow us to continue growing; It is for this reason that we have been guided by some simple rules for the proper maintenance of harmony for all:  
  
✓ Parties are not allowed.  
✓ Smoking is not allowed inside the house (otherwise we will proceed with the additional charge of furniture cleaning and odor removal fees, since we always try to deliver the house to our guests in the best conditions)  
✓ The entry into the community of company ladies or activities related to prostitution is not allowed.  
✓ Pets are not suitable for this house: we know that they are part of the family, however our home is not suitable to host them and they could be stressed, in addition, due to condominium regulations they are not allowed in common areas.  
✓ The departure is at 11 am: we ask you to please be very punctual in this, since the health and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance, which is why we carry out an exhaustive cleaning of all the houses with each departure, in order to try to guarantee a completely clean space.  
✓ Being a condominium there are some basic rules of coexistence, so a maximum of people per apartment are allowed to enter the condominium, prior registration of the same (full name and identification number required).  
  
This apartment is managed by the Como en Casa Rentals team, we are Superhost and we have extensive experience, we will gladly be available to help you with any questions.
