It is in an apt building that seems dedicated to short term stays. The front desk staff were excellent and they all spoke very good English, which was helpful for us. They made good recommendations for restaurants and were just all very pleasant. Building security waa great. The building location waa great for us as it was close enough to walk to some museums and very close to a good selection of fun restaurants. The building amenities were a nice surprise. There is lots of funky community space on the 29th floor, which gave us space to hang out in a different venue if we didn’t feel like being in the apt. Plus, the views from up there were amazing. We had an issue that the owner was very amenable to resolving and we appreciated his responsiveness and courtesy in working it out. The issue did not affect our stay. ##### vicki c. We especially liked the easy walk to all the shops and markets a few blocks away. The building if very safe and secure with a guard at the door. They also have many extra rooms to meet in, a pool, and pet park. We didn't have time to use them but looked enjoyed looking around and seeing the interesting décor. The first picture with the umbrella's is one of those rooms in the apartment complex to give you an idea of what the building is like. We enjoyed great location, close to everything. Inside the building there’s heated pool, playground, library, zen garden, and some other cool facilities which we didn’t try.
