Our home is on a residential street located in San Jose, California. San Jose is the largest city in Northern California and is known for being the heart of Silicon Valley. Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 16.
Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergy.
Please note that propane for the patio heater is not provided. Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio heater during their stay by supplying their own propane.
