This beautiful condominium is located in Alajuela, very close to SJO Airport and within the Residencial Colinas del Viento gated community with 24-hour security.  
  
 It's a peaceful place surrounded by nature, where you'll feel like at home. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay.  
  
It's also less than 3 km from City Mall, supermarkets, food courts, the hospital, and car rentals.  
  
The condo has 3 bedrooms, dining room, 2 full bathrooms and laundry area. In addition to a shared pool and terrace.   
  
The condominium has air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms, high-speed internet, black out curtains, sliding windows and doors, sliding anti-mosquito screen, televisions in all rooms, cable TV and Netflix on the living room TV, fans , comfortable king, queen, double and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, high quality bedding.  
  
Complimentary you will find ground and grain coffee, sugar, cream, chocolate powder, oatmeal, tea, oil, salt, pepper, Lizano sauce, napkins, butler towels, laundry soap capsules, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap.  
  
The condominium is located on the third floor of a building with only 8 units and has a cargo elevator for luggage and people.   
  
In the dry season, from the living room balcony you can admire incredible Pacific sunsets between approximately 5:00 and 5:45 pm in the afternoon.  
  
The residential area has many green areas and playgrounds.
