The staff at the hotel was excellent. They are attentive and cordial. No complaint on the hospitality. The hotel room was ok but the linens and towels were clean but the are very worned down. I had to ask for replacement pillow sheet and towels. The pillows need to be replaced immediately. The quilt was so old that it did not provide and warmth. I was there for a conference that was hosted there so I did not use any of the amenities. The breakfast that was include was the same daily, but you could pay for addition items.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. No English speaking channels but have WiFi. Continental breakfast the same each day. Tasty food and conveniently located near restaurants, stores, local market.

A great hotel to stay at that’s near the national stadium for a concert (Paul McCartney!!!). The interior is a little dated but safe and clean with a friendly, helpful staff. You also get access to the amenities of the Tennis Club; 2 pools and indoor and outdoor tennis courts! A great deal in a great location!

I read several reviews about how bad the parking is, and how dated the hotel rooms are. They couldn't have been more wrong! There was plenty of parking, it is very secure, and the hotel rooms are fine. Yes, they are a little bit dated in some respects, but nothing that ruined the trip. The location is great in San Jose, and the facilities are all in great condition. We didn't swim in the pool but it looked very clean and beautiful. And it was never crowded.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff were friendly, and extremely helpful. However, the B;'fast could of been a lot better. Perhaps a nice Buffet B'fast would of been good. As for the pool it was nicely located by the Bar. But my young son, and I did not really enjoy it. I went in once only. He never went in purely due to the fact there were Wild birds in the pool e.g Big Black Crows which made it very unhygienic. Fortunately we found another pool completely free of the Wild Birds, and near to the Beach.
B'fast was okay. But small portions if you are planning to spend a day out sightseeing. Would of been really nice to of had a Buffet B'fast. Because unless you speak Spanish. The less time spent communicating over B'fast the better !

Access to basketball courts and balls , tennis courts , gym , sauna and steam baths , great location , if you are an active person and like tennis and basketball this is an amazing stay ! If you don’t practice these two sports it is still a great stay !!

I rate this facility 5 star for tennis fans. I talked to the manager. He is a really nice person. The facility is in the process of renovation. I got the chance to see the completed room and they are really amazing. I would definitely recommend it and plan on going back

The whole place is awful, smells bad, rooms are small and outdated. Only stayed because a friend suggested I should, but never again. The view from the narrow window, the barb wire, anyone looking for a prison like setting, they’ll find one here.
