Disappointed
Booked a king room for 2 people and upon arrival the room was a queen with 1 pillow. Front desk brought us extra pillows. No fitted sheet on mattress, no seating area, hardly a clean room. There was a knife on top of the tv stand, a reciept stuck in the light, and the heater did not warm the room. While yes it was a cheap motel but we expected at least a clean room, and what was advertised.

Don’t do it
There was no staff to take care of some of the issues. The TV didn’t work at all the bathroom was so small you couldn’t sit down on the toilet. There was no chair in the room.

I never review hotels and I stay at a least one hotel each week for work. This place was hands down the scariest locations I’ve stayed at. For $130 a night, you don’t expect to have to check in through thick plexiglass and have to return your TV remote to the front desk in the morning. Mold on walls, in even floors, shower was barely functional, bed was loud and uncomfortable,

My clothes smell like the chemicals they use in the room. And I don’t mean clean Pine-Sol smell, I mean a stink bomb combo of Porta John and veterinary office. No Wi-Fi, no ADA access to the rooms as advertised, pictures on the website don’t match what you get. Very dirty carpet and barely furnished. Sure there’s a bed, a microwave and a small fridge that all appeared to work. Oh, and it’s in the landing flight path of San Jose airport, so very noisy.

Motel - Uncomfortable bed in sketchy part of town
Motel is in a scary area with lots of homeless and questionable people. The bed was terrible - very hard and the quality of the sheet, blanket and bedspread was very poor. No place to sit. No coffee maker or cups. Only one towel for 2 people. I didn’t take a shower because it was pretty sad. My husband said it was not good. Only good thing was a private garage without a door to park the car. I checked the bed and did not see bed bugs but had to keep scratching my legs all night even though I only used the top sheet to cover me. Sorry to say it, but I would never stay here again. The room was fairly clean but not comfortable. No chair or table - very basic bed and nightstand only. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave but no place to set anything on.

Everything about this place is horrible. It needs to be upgraded in every which area you can think of. Never again will I book a stay at this location.

I'd come back
Front desk clerk was pleasant, helpful and efficient. Room was small, but clean. Bed was very comfortable. No chair in room and TV controls were a little wonky, but I came to sleep. Old construction (probably 1930's was heavy block and stucco with brick trim made for a very quiet night's sleep despite the noise of the neighborhood.

Good Downtown Motel
Looks can be deceiving. Had a hard time finding it first time because it was night and only the O and T in Motel was lighted. Old man who answered the bell was cranky as hell but the younger lady who took over was very nice. I think this is a family run operation. Good sized room with car garages on either side. Definitely no noise from adjoining rooms because there are no adjoining rooms and your car gets its own garage! Garage may be too small for full-sized SUVs and trucks. Some noise from the street will filter into the street-side rooms but not enough to be a bother. Rooms look newly renovated, very clean. Mattress is on the thin side but okay for me. Fridge and microwave in room. No counter top in bathroom for your toiletries. This may be my biggest complaint. Was worried about safety at first being directly accessible from the main road but nobody hanging out from the road and everything quiet and peaceful during my stay.

Once you get over the fact that it's a motel and not a hotel it's not so bad. I've stayed here twice now and both times I got a great deal. My two favorite things about this place are the surprisingly good Wi-Fi and that you can always have your car/motorcycle 3 feet away from your door. My least favorite part about this place would have to be the bathrooms :(

The lady at check in desk wasn't very friendly. Basically had told me to not bother her by not ringing the doorbell and only returning the card and remote in the slot. The room did not feel clean, the comforter smelled terrible and the room smelled like someone had puked in there and tried to clean it up. The room was freezing when we entered and it took forever for the room to warm up. The only cool thing was we got our own garage to park the car in but that was about it. In the morning when we stepped out to smoke a cigarette we were approached by a guy asking us to hook up with his mom or hang out with her because police thought that she was a hooker. Made no sense at all and definitely made us uncomfortable. The area is a little sketchy but that was weird. We probably won't be staying here again.

Room cold
The room was cold when I checked in late at night, hoping to get to bed quickly. The heat had not been turned on and the heating unit was not part of the main room, so it took quite some time to warm up. The room also did not have an extra blanket that could be used. Slept almost fully dressed to stay warm.

This motel has seen it's day.
The mattress was slung like an old saddle. The drapes and the bed covers were made of someone's old aunt's tablecloths from the 1940's (not matching and not clean). The room smelled like mold. The air conditioner piped in from the dusty garage. The doors have been broken and repaired multiple times (which makes a person feel really safe!). The staff was nice and tried (unsuccessfully) to get the wifi running. The place was about as clean as you could get a place that needed to be remodeled thirty years ago... Yuck.
