The Space: \- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults \- 2 bedrooms \- 1 bathroom \- 1 parking spaces in carport - paid street parking available in Capitola Village \- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker \- Living room \- Small patio Note: \- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) \- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. \- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire home, including a patio. One parking spot is designated for this unit on the right side of the driveway, under the OVR sign. Step right outside the door and you are at restaurants, shops, and the beach. Our teen/adult kids could go out on thier own to the arcade and grab boba, pizza, etc. The house was clean and comfortable and stocked with the basics. The grocery store is just up the road a bit for everything else. The best part is a parking space! Parking is premium in Capitola. We would definitely return again. ##### Julie J.
