Make note: only 2 bedrooms are air conditioned. We like to be out and about early and late, avoiding the heat of the day, but didn’t have a cool place to hang out together (besides beds) for the afternoon. The single (twin) bedroom, kitchen, and living room are upstiars, without A/C. We visited in August, so other times of year may be better. Location was excellent. It’s easy to jump on Hwy 1 or explore a local neighborhood. Kitchen is well equipped. ##### Amy W. She was extremely helpful and incredibly nice! The home is an easy and inexpensive Uber ride to grocery shopping and a fairly easy although long walk to town. It’s all downhill there but you will want to Uber back lol. The sunrises are spectacular as is the view from the upper deck. When you need shade the lower patio is great.
