The lower deck area remains covered during most hours by the pergola overhead but for those looking for sunshine you can climb the spiral staircase which leads to a sun drenched deck above. From this vantage point you can see all of the surrounding Palmilla area and a nice peek-a-boo view of the dark blue waters on the horizon. Back inside the home you will find everything you may want or need in the gourmet kitchen which is perfect for casual cooking, or entertaining. For those looking to dine out, Palmilla has you covered for almost any taste imaginable including Italian at the newly opened Il Splendido, Sushi at Niksan, gourmet Mexican at the Clase Azul owned restaurant, bakery, sandwiches, and salads at Cream, or even Chinese at Chins. Within 3 minutes, each option is accessible and inviting.
