« I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP. I landed at 4 am and went straight to the hotel, where a man behind the desk informed me my reservation was cancelled. I tried to explain but was interrupted and given a lecture about being on time. I asked if I could still get a room, I had been traveling 23 hours. He said yes but...

« Great experience! Check in/out was super easy, & the host was very communicative about all details. Location was perfect for going to SAP Center with many restaurants, bars, etc nearby. House was clean & neighborhood nice and quiet. Would absolutely stay again! »

« We were just here for one night but it was very quiet, clean and comfortable. I was especially impressed by the high quality of the dishes and glassware. Very convenient to the airport, which is why we chose this spot. »

« We enjoyed staying here however there was no hot tub. Zero. Three of us walked around the entire property looking with achy back after a long day at work. Stay there for four days and couldn’t find the hot tub in four days. Ask the host three times via Vrbo on location of hot tub and all she did was reply yes, there was one. If you don’t have a hot tub – don’t advertise one. We would’ve probably still booked anyway, but it was definitely one of the reasons we chose this location. »
