Borgo Roccaia is a residence surrounded by trees and vineyards, renovated in 2020, and located just 6 km from the picturesque town of San Gimignano, Italy. This vacation rental offers 20 houses within the property, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a peaceful retreat in the Tuscan countryside. You can enjoy the shared amenities, including a fenced swimming pool (available seasonally from June 1 to September 30), an outdoor shower, a terrace, and a garden with furniture. Additionally, the property provides internet WiFi, parking facilities, and baby equipment for your convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
The natural state of the property allows you to immerse yourself in the serene surroundings of trees and vineyards. The highlight is the fenced swimming pool measuring 9 x 18 meters, open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM during the seasonal period of June 1 to September 30. Relax on the terrace or in the garden, where you can enjoy the provided furniture while taking in the picturesque views. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience.  
  
Other Information  
The property is situated on top of a hill, offering a secluded and tranquil environment. Please note that the access to the grounds involves a 1 km bumpy and narrow motor access road, followed by a 50-meter footpath leading to the holiday rental houses. While a car is recommended, loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the rental units. The property is maintained by the owner and a gardener who ensures the upkeep of the pool and surroundings.

You can enjoy a spacious and bright 3-room apartment with an area of 70 square meters, located on the upper ground floor. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV, creating a cozy ambiance. There is one double bedroom and another room with two single beds (80 cm). The apartment also offers direct access to the terrace.

The apartment is fully renovated and tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable vacation experience. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with five burners, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, you'll have access to a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. The apartment also features gas heating (extra cost), natural stone floors, and complimentary WiFi internet access.  
  
Other Information  
Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of San Gimignano from the large terrace, which is furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs, and a box-room.
