Séjour agréable et acceuillant
Charmante hotel historique avec une touche de modernité. Bien située, très confortable et avec des employés acceuillant et serviables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le casse-croute du lobby avec ses beaux produits frais et savoureux. Le cable-car passe devant l'hotel, ce qui donne un accès simple et amusante vers le Fisherman Wharlf.

Chambre majestueuse décevante
La chambre est grande et confortable. Malheureusement la vue est altérée par les vitres sales au 25ème étage. Un hôtel historique mais pas de charme. Du passage sans arrêt comme dans un hall de gare.

Wonderful service by each and every employee encounter. Room was very comfortable and of course the Heavenly bed was delightful! I brought my pup and was pleasantly surprised the property does not charge a pet fee yet they still went above and beyond making my dog feel welcomed by providing him with a nice Westin dog bed to use, place mat, food and water bowls and even a bag of treats! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is majestic, unfortunately the area around it (Union Square) is not great. And very loud over night. It's convenient, but you won't get a restful sleep.

Went for a work trip and found this hotel to be great! I only are at their various restaurants (which average about $25 /plate and at night the menu is extremely limited but if you are looking for convenience especially at night that’s what you got) but overall the experience was great! One particular front desk lady made my night by being so amicable and helpful (I wish I would have caught her name). You even get a souvenir water bottle and the resort credit taken back daily essentially if you eat at their restaurants (ask for further detail on how to do that). The location was also great but I do wish the rooms had a better view….but overall a great Hotel!

We LOVE the Westin St Francis and visit as often as we can. Luis Bosse at the front desk is someone who greets us many of our visits and is always so friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile (favorite room, early check in, etc). The hotel is historic, beautiful, well maintained and close to everything. The staff from housekeeping to the various restaurant staff, all top notch. We travel often and never find better service and making us feel welcome like the St Francis. When visiting SF, stay here. You'll be glad you did.

I liked the low price/deal for the location. Union Square isn't what it once was, but still nice to visit. We aloways enjoy the friendly staff, the gifts offered, and we're fans of John's Grill/Steakhouse.

I've stayed at this property multiple times and each time I enjoy my stay. It's a 10 min walk to China town and a 5 minute driver to Fisherman's wharf. The rooms are nice and I love the views from the Tower. The staff is friendly and accomodating. I look forward to my next venture here.

The St. Francis hotel is a beautiful and historic building near Union Square in SF. It is conveniently located near a lot of popular destinations and near the famous cable car lines. My stay was very comfortable thanks to the wonderfully maintained rooms and courteous staff. I will definitely be considering staying here on my next visit.

Staff was incredibly friendly, restaurant on site was great and hotel was conveniently located and walkable. Valet parking 24/7 was well worth it, and the hotel was clean and pretty. Would definitely stay again!
