Shared 1,000+MBPS (Gigabit) high speed internet access included with rent, Xfinity cable service is available. Living room & bedroom both have Flat panel TV screens. The images shown are without rugs, sofas etc. to give a better idea of the spaces. This part of Pacific Heights called Cow Hollow is peppered with many quaint & colorful buildings from the 1800's. Showing can be arranged by appointment. Surrounded by gardens and trees on three sides, this cozy, one of a kind 'storybook cottage' with separate entrance is a place to get away from it all. Recently installed double-glazed windows allow natural light to stream in from the east, south and west, enhancing the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. With warm oak flooring throughout the sunny kitchen and living spaces, plus an additional office nook on the eastern side, this cottage-like residence is a joy to come home to. Efficient gas-operated heater keeps the apartment warm when required. A rear garden, with sundeck & brick patio, offers extended outdoor use for the occupant & guests. Conveniently located just 1 block from MUNI and world class Union Street shops, eateries, bars & gyms. With Starbucks on the corner at Union & Laguna, the library and parks are a couple of blocks away. Chestnut and Fillmore Streets, Safeway, banks, post office, and the Marina Green, with beach walk and views of Alcatraz & Golden Gate Bridge, are within a short walking distance as well. Onsite parking is also available. Walk through the place and make a serious offer. I am the owner & able to accept proposals.
