Be the first to live in this gorgeous apartment. Fully furnished and decorated in a very modern “Restoration Hardware” style that is Industrial and Glamorous.

Bamboo floors throughout apartment. Tons of windows and lights. High ceilings. Gorgeous high end light fixtures.  
This huge, bright and airy apartment can be used as a one bedroom or two bedroom apartment. The living room as a leather sofa that can be used as a full or king bed. It has a 5 foot closet, 48″ flat Screen Smart TV, aviator style cocktail table and chair. Plenty of room to add either a desk and shelving unit or another bed. Huge private deck off the living room that is over 21 feet long and over looks a Tropical Garden.  
Kitchen has vaulted ceilings with beams and track lighting, gorgeous granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, full size electric stove, and your own private washer and dryer. Roseau dining table with stunning crystal chandelier and fabulous soft funky chairs.  
Very peaceful and relaxing bedroom. We soundproofed the walls in the bedroom. 5 foot mirrored closet. Queen bed with linen headboard. Bronze lamps. Painted nightstand. Very stylish iron and crystal chandelier.  
Bathroom is a modern escape with the golden glow of a glass pendant light. Three mercury glass lamps hang in graduated lengths from a silvertone cap creating a cascading display. Waterfall shower head over bathtub with Shower doors. Window.  
Apartment is fully furnished and ready for your arrival. Keyless entry.  
Available long or short term. Extra monthly charge for utilities including cable tv and high speed wireless internet.  
Awesome neighborhood. Safe and friendly. Great restaurants and shops within a block or two nearby including a movie theater. 10 min walk to Baker Beach. Easy bike ride to Ocean Beach. Short drive to Presidio and Marina. Walk to the VA Hospital or CPMC.
