No shoes inside the home. Our quiet hour is between 10:30 PM and 8 AM The person not on the reservation is not allowed entering into the house.
Luggage service is between 10 AM and 4 PM before check in time and between 10 AM and 7 PM after check out time. We have $15 for the luggage fee.
LATE CHECK OUT without notice ahead will be penalized. You will be charged $35 per hr. Park on my property $25 per night otherwise $50 penalty/night.

Clean, quiet apartment not too far from downtown

The apartment was very clean and quiet. It's in a good neighborhood convenient to Balboa Park BART station, a Whole Foods, and a Safeway. At most times it was about a 15 minute Uber ride or 30+ minute BART ride from downtown San Francisco. The only thing we would have appreciated is some other way to make coffee than a Keurig machine; we made do, but a cheap French press or pour-over drip would have been nice. Thanks for the great stay.

This is a fraudulent listing

The owner did not communicate at all. My friend and I sat outside of someone's home for 45 min waiting for an access code that never came because despite us being at the address listed and the building being the same in the pictures, the resident had no idea what was going on. At least I got my money back after my reservation was canceled by the owner AFTER our check in time - leaving us stranded in a far away city with nowhere to stay. This experience ruined my trip to San Francisco. Stay away.
