Avis mitigé : l’hôtel est joli, le roof top est top, le quartier est génial en terme de restauration, il est très safe, on peut faire plein de choses à pieds Par contre les chambres sont petites avec des lits de 140 ( pour les chambres double ) mais bien optimisée, et l’insonorisation est une catastrophe ! Nous avons entendu nos voisins tousser, se doucher, les pas de nos voisins du dessus comme si ils étaient avec nous ! De plus nous avons trouver assez particulier le fait que la seule fenêtre donne sur les coursives internes à la vue de tout le monde Au vue des prix à SFO cela reste un bon plan pour l’accueil , la propreté et surtout l’emplacement

Très bonne adresse
Hôtel très bien placé, notamment sur la ligne 28 qui conduit à des endroits incontournables et à Daly city. Chambres avec micro-ondes et machine à capsules thé ou café dont quelques unes sont fournies. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de possibilité de petit-déjeuner. Pour info, la boutique attenante en propose mais c'est hors de prix. Quartier assez commerçant, il est facile de s'y restaurer le soir.

Au top !
Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans l'hôtel Infinity, nous avons très bien été accueilli, la chambre était très propre avec baignoire, TV, micro onde /four, et frigo. Tout était parfait, le service était vraiment au top ! J'ai oublié mon appareil photo sur la table à l'extérieur de l'hôtel dans la rue alors que nous étions parti, et le réceptionniste me l'a récupéré et gardé de côté. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages également toute la journée lors de notre départ, ce qui nous a évité de les transporter partout, vraiment merci encore ! L'hôtel est très bien placé aussi, bref rien à redire !

The property has no parking on site but the nearest parking is a two minute walk. The hotel is conviniently situated. We had a corner room that faced Lombard street which made it noisy at night.

The positives were the outdoor spaces on the 4th floor and outside lobby. The primary negative was how noisy the room was. The entrance to the rooms are from an outside corridor where sounds from rolling carts, suitcases are quite loud. The architecture is odd in that most rooms don’t have outside windows so you are looking out at the corridors. Also there is this open air space in the middle of the room configuration where you can look down to the patio. Our room was near a corridor that looked down to the patio and the noises traveled up from below. Other issues were Expedia indicated there was a free breakfast buffet but there isn’t any restaurant associated with the hotel, there is a coffee shop next door.

Kind of an overhauled motor court. Good black out shades, honestly did not know if it was 8:01 vs 1:08! Hated the BR (low flow everything) so no noise masking and your room mate 3 feet away, so be in-love with your guest! Very walkable and good food close by!

Great location, clean facilities - I'd stay again
The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip. Everything I needed or wanted was within walking distance. I stayed in a deluxe king room. It was spacious, clean, and had nice amenities. The bathroom included a shower in the oversized sauna - a relaxing perk! Overall my stay was great. I'd happily stay here again.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to the Elevator upgrade during your stay. Our hotel is reasonably price but due big conference the rates were higher thought the city during that week.Our Elevator is back online and our team is committed to providing a comfortable stay, and we appreciate your understanding.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless experience.
