Hôtel aux prestations correctes dans l’ensemble mais vieillissant. Personnel de l’accueil aimable mais sans plus. A noter en revanche la qualité du ménage et la gentillesse du personnel d’entretien. Petit déjeuner très très mauvais. La qualité des produits est horriblement médiocre. Un séjour satisfaisant mais rien de plus.

Hotel super bien situé vers le pier 39 , service de chambre au top . Petit déjeuné assez moyen mais il ya à l'extérieur pour ceux qui ont le budget le Hollywood cafe qui fait des super petits dejeuners (70 80 dollars pour 4 ) Parking de l hôtel appréciable mais hyper cher 68 dollars par jour taxes comprises mais cest le prix de partout , il y a un parking public autour des 50 dollars par nuit pas loin mais n'y allez pas car il y a des vols et effractions de vehicules

Spent Mother's Day at Holiday Inn Express Fisherman's Wharf and it was great. Loved the fact that I could add parking to my hotel cost prior to arriving at hotel. Normally the Valet parking is $65 but paid $40 and the valet still parked the car which was fine. It's walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. There's an Applebees restaurant and other restaurants nearby. Will stay there again. Was only there for one night since a friend was in SF for a couple of days.

We were close to piers. Breakfasr Buffet was less than expected. Eggs were less than desirable, yogurt was fruitless flavors, no pancakes or waffles, or even syrup to smother tasteless eggs. Biscuits were good, but gravy & sausage was questionable. Coffee was very good..

The site offered a free airport shuttle but that is no longer an option. Rooms were clean but smelled of smoke in the non smoking section. It was a bit too pricy for the amenities. Proximity to the wharf was perfect

The property in general was clean and had its own valet and underground parking. My room however had a ringing noise most of the night …couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. I was able to fall asleep but was definitely annoying. Sound was gone or drained out in the morning. Secondly the trash bags in my room were not placed in the bins. I had to place my own trash bags which isn’t a big deal but also isn’t usual. Lastly there was a floss toothpick in the shower. This all tells me my room probably wasn’t thoroughly cleaned even though check in wasn’t till 3pm. Breakfast was average. I only stayed one night so I didn’t bother making a fuss about it and I’m not super picky but these are hotel basics. This is my second time staying here as the first time was good. Will probably try another hotel next time I’m in town though.
