Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Property was great, staff were extremely friendly, and bed was super comfy. Only downfall was there is a large population of the unhoused in the surrounding blocks (the city seems to be working on cleaning this area up) so we had to walk through a few blocks of people camping on the streets or take a ride share. With that said we felt very safe and had a great experience.
