Heater did nit work and it was 48 degrees outside. Finalt got a portable heater from the owner which blew a fuse when plugged in so we were thsn cold and in the dark. Worst stocked rental i ever had. The location truly delivers: My family was able to walk to the San Francisco Zoo and spend time at the beach while I attended a business function nearby. The neighborhood is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy reach.The beds were comfortable, and the rain shower was a highlight. The private driveway was a nice bonus for parking. Don't bring a wide car, though; the neighbors don't leave you much space.If you're looking for a well-located, comfortable base for exploring this part of San Francisco, this is a great choice. But carpet, sheets, and bedroom curtains need to be replaced. We slept with windows open each night due to a dingy smell. I chose the property because it came with a parking spot in the driveway, which was great. But next time, I would pay more to stay closer to north or east side of city, as we lost a lot of time driving each day. I feel the pictures were misleading.
