Newly remodeled bathrooms and outdoor landscape. Walking distance to bay trails, you can enjoy jogging, scenic walks, stunning sunrises and over 20 play grounds located throughout the city. Perfect for business and leisure. You have access to the entire house with the exception of a room locked for occasional use and the backyard. The garden in the front yard is for you to enjoy. Ample parking space on the driveway. \* Livingroom: Spacious living room with comfortable sofa, lounge chairs and a 65 Samsung Smart TV. \* Dining Room: Dining Table with 6 chairs; additional chair and table extension can be requested. \* Bedroom: There is a queen-sized bed in each of the bedrooms, with dedicated workstation, multi-outlet extension cord and comfortable computer chair.
